What happens after you call or send the form
On the phone we ask a few quick questions: what the project is, roughly how big, and where you are. Two minutes, usually. Then we set a time to come look at it.
The on-site visit is where the real work happens. We measure, check grades and drainage, look at access for the truck, and ask what's going to sit on the finished concrete - because a slab for a loaded pickup is not a slab for a garden shed, and a patio's whole job starts with where the water goes. Then you get a written price naming the spec: thickness, PSI, air entrainment, reinforcement, base depth, joint plan. No commitment until you've read the number and the scope.
Form submissions get a response within one business day, usually sooner. Spring books fastest, so if you're planning a project for this season, earlier is better.
